Quality

Nowadays, a healthy lifestyle is becoming increasingly more important. There is a big move to focus on health benefits such as energy and nutritional value of foods, which are rich in protein and low in cholesterol and lipid contents. From a nutritional point of view, rabbit meat is easily digested and has high nutritional and dietetic properties all while bursting with flavour.

This meat contains 20–21% of proteins, unsaturated fatty acids, potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium. It has low concentrations of fat, cholesterol, and sodium. That is why rabbit meat is better digested as compared to other kinds of meat (beef, lamb, chicken or pork).
